Invisible decisions moved through the city like a gentle Spring breeze.

She looked around the café at the bowed heads, careful eyes, and measured distance.

A thousand tiny systems she had helped build were now aimed at her.

Traffic cameras. Retail sensors. Transit gates. Financial networks. Emotional scoring layers.

She had once called it Integrated Civic Harmony.

Standing in the center of a coffee shop, publicly downgraded over caffeine and pastry, she found a more accurate phrase.
